I am very happy with my refurbished phone. I am not happy with the way I receive the money back for my old phone. I don’t understand why the money could be paid to me on the card I paid with. I’m not happy giving my bank details and drinking licence information.

The phonecase arrived in a timely fashion (so great on delivery). The product looked and felt as described/pictured and was in good condition. I am still unsure how a phonecase can be 'refurbished' and that meant there was confusion and hesitiantion in making my purchase as it was not clear what I was buying.

Pristine reconditioned iPhone 14 pro- works very well. Bit disappointed with battery life- it says 88% on the phone but it isn’t brilliant- runs out in a day of reasonable use.

It’s the real thing - very good quality and 1/3rd of the price. I can see why apple charge what they do for these covers as they are really good. Can’t quite see how Back Market sell them so cheap, but I don’t care - happy days!!

The item was a 100% genuine Apple product and the condition was excellent as was the Customer Service keeping me informed throughout. As for the delivery, I received the item before the estimated delivery. Well done to the BackMarket team and keep up the hard work.

The phone arrived as expected and is in near perfect condition. Everything works as intended and the battery life is way better than the iPhone 8+ I had previously. The screen protector is the usual Faff to get in place without bubbles and straight but works very well and seems to resist finger-prints really well. The case is adequate but is nothing special. It leaves the camera lenses exposed and since the lens opening is 34X36mm that's quite a large area not protected. The case does provide a lip around that area so it is OK on a flat surface, but I would prefer a clear covering on this are to stop any chance of scratches. Overall I accept that this relatively small deficit is to some extent a result of the phone design. I'd give Backmarket 9/10.
