Not my first rodeo. I find buying a refurbished phone better value for me and the environment. The process is simple, fast and reliable. I got a fair trade-in price for my iPhone XR and back market covered the postage.

First time ordering off of here, was genuinely terrified it was a fake page. My iPhone 14 did arrive and it was exactly as described and I have never had an issue with the phone. I would 100% order from here again.

I just got my iPhone 14 (good) and it came in great condition: even protective glass is still there, no scratches, ideal to me! Battery is not identified as original, but it is 100% capacity! So as long as it keeps the charge, i am happy. Delivery was within 2 days! Amazing sesrvice. This is my 3rd purchase here - very happy and satisfied. Thank you!

Recently, I bought an iPhone 14. I am not sure why sometimes the screen is frozen. I am still trying to figure it out. Overall, I love this iPhone.It has a great camera, and working great. Highly recommended.😀

Very fast shipping, was supposed to come for 2nd of September. However received within 2 days. Also it came charged as well. Only downside is that it doesn’t come with a socket only the usb charger. Was well packaged as well.

Very disappointed, the grade of phone is not what I expected for an excellent condition phone , have contacted your help centre and provided photos, awaiting there response which I understand will be in 24 hours , ophotos taken and attached to my complaint. To update my review, my daughter pointed out to me after registering my complaint that indeed I am the one who ordered the incorrect grade . Happy to report that I returned my phone and purchased the correct grade, I have not yet transferred to my new phone due to time constraints, but I am happy with the outcome. The correct grade phone is looking as good as I anticipated, happy to share my feedback.

Very pleased with the phone, all working well the only thing was the battery life was at 89% so it won’t be long before we have to change the battery. Every advert I’ve seen the battery life has been at 100%. But overall very pleased

So perfect. Was a little skeptical at first as I’d never used back market but i’ve only ever heard good reviews. Phone works like brand new and I haven’t had any problems 5 months in. Would buy again :)
