When I say this phone is immaculate I mean like the service was a ten the packaging ten every thing ten I got the phone in good condition that’s was the option I picked and for a refurbished phone this is good like really I will recommend and I am gonna order another phone this week 10/10

I am so happy! First time buying through Back Market. I purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max 128gb in Sierra Blue. I ordered it at around 4pm and the next day it arrived. I chose ‘fair’ condition and honestly this phone looks brand new! No marks or scratches on the phone or screen whatsoever. The refurbishing company that the phone comes from was ‘All Stock Must Go’ via Back Market. Really impressed with Back Market and All Stock Must Go. I’ve saved a lot of money and I get a years guarantee. Couldn’t ask for better service!

My wife needed a new iphone as her old one had packed up, I have never bought a reconditioned phone before so this is my first time using Backmarket, I chose the iphone 13 pro max, and decided to use the staff pick of good, I was naturally apprehensive about it. The phone turned up the next day and I was blown away by the condition, very hard to see any marks on it whatsoever, so happy with it that I am now about to order a Pixel 8 Pro for myself, again in good condition, fingers crossed it will also be superb. Big thank you to Backmarket and will defineately recommend you to others.

The phone was received in time, just with a few deep scratches on the screen but at that price. I will say it’s a good deal. I’ve saved a lot getting this refurbished iPhone. I hope to be back ordering again soon.

Ordered my refurbished device on a Friday night , it came first thing Monday morning. Ordered a good condition device and it came with almost no sort of scratches at all , just a slight scuff mark on the side but not noticeable at all and device runs perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with purchase

I bought the good condition and I can tell you if this came as the excellent condition I wouldn't doubt it. everything is clean and neat. no sign of scratch whatsoever. 88% battery life. The seller is Mazuma mobile. Great refurbisher.Delivery was fast the phone came with original part at least from what I can see on the outside.
