Arrived very quickly. I pad as described perfect condition and all ready to get set up. Only downside was all the apple I cloud accounts for the pad had been used up. It was sorted by apple to get an account but unable to store in the cloud until feb next year year when they said more space would be freed up. Other than that extremely happy. Would not hesitate to buy my next reconditioned item from you

I think it’s the first line of protection. Has a good strong enveloping case that feels solid but malleable enough so you can align the function buttons up which only fit one way if you check. Very pleased with it

Very good quality product, this is the second item I purchased and not disappointed, please don’t drop your standards because when you receive the item ordered it feels like a band new item and that’s why people would be happy to pay the price. You don’t sell items below par always in 1st class condition.

I was nervous at first to buy a second hand device but it has worked out so well! There way basically no marks and I could power it up right away to use. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I should have read description properly. Thought it was a case with cover . It's a great cover for the back ..but I have had to order a folding cover/stand separately..thanks anyway

Having previously bought an iPhone 11 and had no problems, (it still has no problems) I needed a new iPad but could not afford a new one, so turned again to Back Market and bought an iPad 9th Gen. No regrets again, looks brand new and works like it’s brand new. Really pleased. Thanks, Terry Curtis

Can’t rate the tablet as it is a gift to my husband for his 80th birthday in may so he hasn’t got it yet 🤷‍♀️
