Arrived quickly! I got the fair condition and the scratches are minuscule, almost undetectable. Works like a new iPad. I bought my iPhone 13 Pro from here 2 years ago and it’s still in great condition. Always buy second hand, much cheaper and just as good!

I got my Macbook and Ipad in Backmarket as well and I recently purchased an extra phone for business. It is just immaculate! Ipad air looks so beautiful in rose gold and no issues with it so far. Outstanding service! Well recommended!

I don't think I could be happier, I selected and ordered my iPad on Friday and was given a delivery of Tuesday, but it was delivered on Saturday. and when I opened the extensive packing I couldn't find any marks on it, this is the first iPad I've had and am very happy with it. it is also the first refurbished item I have had but it won't be the last. I would gladly recommend to all and definitely buy again..........thank you.

This will be long. So I bought an iPad Air in "good" condition on 10/07 to replace my iPad 7th gen. But when I got it the battery wasn't impressive. I was going back and forth on whether to return it or not. Long story short, I wrote a review that I won't return it and returned it like a week after lol. I then went ahead to buy this iPad on 25/07 in "excellent" with the hope that it will have better battery life, unfortunately it had the exact same battery health capacity as the first one (good condition) and so I was left with two iPads with different grades but the exact same battery capacity, that needed sending back. Anyways I sent the first one (good) and back market sent me a replacement in literally just 2 days after it got to them, they received it on Monday (04/08) and I got it back on Wednesday (06/08). I'm so happy with how well they handled this, the new iPad came with 91% battery and I didn't have to pay more and they were so patient throughout the whole process. Researched long and hard for the right iPad for me before finally settling for this model. Compared prices at various outlets before finally settling for one refurbished and classed as “excellent” from Back Market at a very competitive price. Communication was excellent, delivery time as promised and the iPad itself is like new, I’m absolutely 100% delighted with my purchase.
