100% recommended! SANDOX LTD Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 09 october 2024 The delivery was quick and you could not say that this was a refurbished phone. It literally looks like brand new, not one scratch or a dent. It didn’t come with an original Apple box but in a generic Brown one with orginal cable and orginal screen protection also with orginal case has magnetic, and the iPhone was wrapped in a soft sort of air cushion. Battery life is 87% so still pretty good. If you’re not fussed about getting the absolute latest gear, this is a great way to buy a smartphone which is still top notch quality. Purchased from “ Sandox Ltd”, highly recommended. i have never met before like this company how it nice absolotely in back market this company is number one i’m sure really.

Unfortunately my purchase this time wasn’t the best experience. The phone was meant to be a gift and as I paid for a good quality refurbishment I’ve been expecting it to work properly. I have to say that I didn’t check if everything was working as the phone was meant for another person in a different country. When this person started to set up the phone it came out that the Face ID is not working. Now I can’t get the phone back in time to send it back to be fixed so this person now will have to fix the phone on their own expense. It is very disappointing as the expectations where high as I always buy refurbished phones on back market. New time I’ll be very careful cause it shouldn’t happen.

I brought the iPhone XS Max 256GB for more storage for photos and better camera quality. The camera didn’t disappoint is takes clear definition photos and there are settings to edit and adjust your photo’s. With 256GB there’s more than enough storage for what I wanted it for. The iPhone also has a large screen great for watching videos and viewing webpages. There’s alot of features on the iPhone so you can tweak how you like your phone, everything else is app based so that’s just user preference. Condition of the iPhone was nearly mint condition till I noticed two scratches on the screen but they don’t effect the use, plus I’m getting the new screen protector that uses gel technology so won’t even see them again. This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered from back market and have been impressed with there products and service.
