Bought as a back up for my wife's phone so didn't mind buying a "fair" reconditioned model. I was somewhat surprised when. Backmarket sent a phone I have concluded was brand new. Nothing to make me think otherwise.....except the price! Well pleased.

Phone arrived way early than I thought so that was a bonus. To start with phone was fine there was no problems at all until maybe a few days after I started using the phone then the touchscreen stopped working and there no way to force power off with an iPhone so I need to wait until it dies then turn it back on to get the touchscreen working again

Really pleased with my new phone. i was a bit apprehensive about buying on line but BACK MARKET made the whole process really easy and the quality of my phone is great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic I have beenen want to fix my Mum’s iPhone 8 that’s battery expanded out the case but although I bought screen and battery I no longer have to concern wit h fixing it as it can wait untilI’ll sombidy I know is good with these thingsNHS can fix it. Arrived when promised. iPhone 8 - exactly what I wanted. Battery life is great. Really pleased. Great value.

Arrived today via royal mail rugby delivery. Parcel lobbed through car port gates onto back wheelchair ramp. Just over 5 meters. Not tried phone yet. Too tired from giving blood... Hopefully it should be ok ...🙄
