Backmarlet worked fine and fast. Not their fault that the Huawei P9 Lite 16GB was full****a, it wasn't broken it was just full****a, no apps could be used, only games would be available

The battery doesn't last. The phone lacks responsiveness, I'm going to have to change it even though it was a second phone for professional use, so it's not essential, but I can't work with it.

Hello, I have just received the laptop. Ordered "Very Good Condition": shell and edges of the device marked, with visible impacts. Good condition would have sufficed. First disappointment, but hey, it's refurbished. Having said that, this isn't the first time I've bought products via Back Market and not all sellers are honest about the actual condition of the product! Then, and here it becomes more problematic : the battery doesn't hold a charge. Charged to 100%, 20 minutes after reading sms and various messages, without going on the internet: 75%. By the time I'd adjusted the device delivered with 50% capacity, I had to recharge it to finish the configuration. I'm relying on you: how can I solve this problem fairly quickly? Thanks in advance. I'm not blaming the Back Market site, but rather certain sellers who don't play the game.
