Excellent phone very quickly dispatched great service

This is a good entry level phone but cannot run some heavy apps...

The phone is working well now. On receiving it I was at a loss as to where and how I could insert the sim card. I tried taking the back off. After going on line for direction I found I needed a pin to insert on the side to release the sim card tray. I feel that basic instruction should have been included as well as a pin. Otherwise a good buy. J. Mason

The phone I received-Heuwei P9-was in mint condition and works perfectly. Amazing product for the price which even came with all the original accessories. Would definitely buy from Back Market again. Very happy!

Phone battery low every 3 min, all phone iš scratched

Backmarlet worked fine and fast. Not their fault that the Huawei P9 Lite 16GB was full****a, it wasn't broken it was just full****a, no apps could be used, only games would be available
