This phone was exceptional value. It was in incredible condition and has not skipped a beat. Only upgrading from it now as I need to be a minimum Android 11 for my new job. BTW, I'll only be buying another phone from BackMarket as (a) I don't buy new phones anymore and (b) I've been ripped off buy used phones elsewhere and (c) they are excellent value.

it wasn't bad but the charging port was a bit lose causing troubles charging but that doesn't matter now as I have dropped this phone more times than I can remember this reivew comes in about 1 year and a bit from purchase

Wouldn't bother getting a phone from here just buy a new one. I bought a refurbished phone and it doesn't read my sim card so by the time I get that fixes the cost will be more than just buying a new phone.

First time shopping with BM and I didn't have a great experience, I placed an order for a phone, and after a day or two gentlemen called me and said that they had an issue with the phone I had ordered and offered the same phone but different colour, which I was ok with. Once it arrived I discovered that the replacement phone was not a dual sim as in the original order and also the ear speaker was awfully quiet. I have returned the phone and I don't think I will shop with them again.

I got my phone in the condition marked as 'good' but it should have been 'excellent'. I'm so impressed, there is nothing that would indicate that this is a refurbished phone, it is in top condition and functions perfectly...for a fraction of the price. It arrived within two days, well packed. I'll never buy an actual new phone again.

fantastic when i got this phone 2 years ago worked perfectly only problems with it was battery whcih i needed to replace about a year in (potentially down to me not looking after the battery) and now has stopped working but after 2 years of fair to heavy usage i cannot complain.

Superb product honestly . I was surprised by the quality of the mate 20 pro . I reviewed it late because I wasn't sure what sort of phone they give me . But turns out to be great . Highly recommended.

First time buying a refurbished phone. Was looking for as close to new as possible - Mate 20 Pro- this definitely hit the mark. Nigh on pristine. Would recommend this site to anyone. As hap as can be.
