I'd had a Huawei Mate 10 before which is exactly why I had to get another! The phone I bought from BackMarket was in a great condition compared to my 4/5 year old one I had before! hopefully this one will last me as long! Good price, great phone, no issues currently! lol I quickly put a glass protector on the phone and bought a case, if this had been available from BackMarket I may have purchased that from the start also.

This is my second mate 10 pro, and I'm not disappointed, the first one also comes from you, however, I noticed that both bellowed in the same way, screen remains static with latency and some apps no longer work, is it the phone!?

I already had a Huawei, so there's no real change. On the other hand, there's no SD card slot in the phone, which is a shame.

I haven't used my device yet, I need to change my computer and I'll get everything up and running at the same time.

Perfect device: it works very well and does not have a scratch on it.

The phone was impeccable, as described on the website, nothing to complain about. Very satisfied.

I would like to exchange some information with you because I bought an item said to be in "very good condition" and it turns out that the phone doesn't even hold a charge and the battery discharges even when the phone is switched off. We buy refurbished phones for ethical reasons and for the price, but at 140 euros for a phone in very good condition, I would hope that it would be possible to sell a phone in perfect working order. This is unacceptable! I would like to be reimbursed or for a commercial gesture to be made in this regard. Thank you in advance.

The phone is not in "very good condition", especially for the price paid at the top end of the price range, it is in fair condition at most (some dirt, impacts on the shell, chipped paint in some places...).) When you sell a product in very good condition, it's not brand new, but it shouldn't show any signs of shock or impact (you can clearly see that one of the corners has hit a sharp object such as gravel on the floor), micro-scratches or even dirt in the connectors or on the biometric fingerprint unlocking switch. The classification is not respected. It's not serious. In the future, I will no longer trust the system used by BackMarket and its partners to assess the condition of refurbished products. I do not recommend this platform, which has lost all my trust.

As usual, it's perfect, fast, looks like new, well packaged... This is my 6th purchase from you.
