laptop came in pristine condition with no issues. very trustworthy seller.

it says there won`t be any screen issues with excellent quality, i pay a lot and get damaged screen. not all buttons are working well, need to press twice, laptop is slow. i expected more for this item

The computer is in very good condition, well packaged, delivered quickly, the computer works very no problem for now, however it could have been cleaned, I had to clean myself, even though it is refurbished, cleaning the keyboard and screen are part of the minimum union.

I received the computer in 5 days, with the charger and a bit of paperwork to explain that the computer had been refurbished by HP. The first problem I encountered was that it was impossible to reset the computer, the computer froze and then I was surprised to see that my computer was not an HP Victus 15-FA0026 but an HP Victus 16-r0xxx to conclude with the last problem, the charger is excrementally fragile and in poor condition. The computer is quite good in terms of features even if the fans are triggered quickly and all the time.

The delivery was very fast and well followed. The product itself is of good quality. There are just two problems: - I found a few files from the previous owner that suggest poor reconditioning - a battery problem, it's worn, but that's normal given the reconditioning

I ordered this PC on 24 Sept and received it on 28 Sept in very good condition, but not in perfect reconditioned condition. No problems to report so far. The exterior is perfect with no sign that it has been used before. The interior remains to be seen, as a few days are not enough to be fully aware of any problems that may have arisen. On the other hand, the only thing to note at the moment is that when I looked at the fans, I saw some dust inside and that when I started up, I had a problem with the PC's internal settings that took quite a long time to sort out. I'm sure it's the result of the manipulations that were made during the refurbishment. In any case, for the moment I recommend it and I haven't had any problems. If ever a problem arises I won't hesitate to come back to my opinion if it can be modified. 7 Oct - I've been using this PC for gaming for some time now, and it's working very well and performing satisfactorily. The only thing I'm missing on this laptop is the numeric keypad, because it's faster for encoding in PHP, but its power means I can prepare 360° x 360° kite videos in just a few dozen minutes, and no more waiting around for hours with the fan blaring.
