Hello, I'm delighted with my purchase, which is working perfectly. This HP Elitebook 820 G3 PC was delivered promptly in impeccable packaging and has no visible scratches or bumps apart from very slight marks due to its age. All in all, it's great value for money. The delivery was quite quick and so far I like it for the most part. I only notice that it does need to be charged very quickly, so I don't know what the battery life will be. Unfortunately, the language also had to be converted as everything was in French. I will definitely order from you again in the future.

The PC is as bulky as a 14", which is a shame for a 12" that I want to use on my travels. Then it's not a 1TB ssd but 2 ssd's, one of 250GB and the second of 500GB, so 750GB or the missing 250GB. The SAV no direct contact too bad. Otherwise a nice product, a bit noisy.

Very pleased with the item in question. Excellent working order but I haven't taken advantage of it yet for two reasons. I have a terrible internet connection at home and I haven't yet opted for an Office pack. However, I really don't regret my choice and thank you!

Delivery was as stated at the time of purchase. A few dents on the top of the computer but nothing too serious. Works perfectly, keyboard keys are impeccable. The battery doesn't run down too quickly. I'm really pleased with it.

the pc arrived well protected. it works perfectly. The inside is like new, but the outside is not. It's a pity I chose the like new option though.

A little disappointed but does the job... I can't get an SD card slot and the charge doesn't last very long.

The device itself seems satisfactory, even if I was expecting better performance from the processor. The hard drive is probably to blame too, as it's quite old despite its qualities. The device is certainly usable as it is and doesn't have any major faults, but I haven't finished all the checks yet. I'm just disappointed that HP's support application has detected a large number of hardware updates. I was expecting them to have already been done for a so-called refurbished device. I've also noticed that this configuration isn't compatible with Windows 11. So I'm doomed to opt for GNU/Linux in the near future, and I'm delighted about that. Death to Microsoft!
