This is probably the 4th phone I have brought through back market, I prefer to buy outright rather than through contract, this way I get to keep my current SIM plan, (that's cheaper than taking out a new plan at today's prices) and by buying refurbished I get a phone in like new condition for around £400 less than new for a pixel 9 pro with 256gb I got a great deal, and I'm pleased to say after a few weeks of use I have absolutely no issues and everything is great.

I wish I'd bought from here sooner. Google pixel 9 pro (premium quality). It was like getting a brand new phone. The battery life is excellent, there were no marks or scratches on the phone or screen at all and everything works perfectly. Phone arrived exactly when planned. Will be doing this again rather than buying new in future!

First of all the delivery was on time, phone looked perfectly new..I have been using it for two weeks now, battery lasts 24hrs and also it charges fast enough. I am completely satisfied with the phone display, appearance, camera🤎 First time using back market, will definitely use it again

Great phone in exactly the excellent condition described. All dealings with Back Market were very smooth. Delivered as per schedule.

Everything was perfect, but there was a slight scratch on the camera lens and a minor smudge (not very noticeable). However, I’m not a camera enthusiast, but overall, it was worth it.

Perfect condition, came charged, and ordered on the 15th, due 18th to 19th, came the morning of the 16th!

Phone was in fantastic as new condition and so saving a lot of money than brand new retail price. Very pleased with the handset and would definitely use again.
