Very quick delivery which is awesome! I've just swapped from an iPhone to the Google pixel 9 pro XL and it was such an easy swap! I purchased the "Good" condition and it is absolutely flawless! very happy with my purchase.

Very dubious to begin with but eventually after reading reviews I went ahead with order of Google pixel 9 XL plus I had a trade in phone so I was so happy it was like a brand new phone. No problems whatsoever plus been paid for my trade in. So in my eyes new phone for under £400 very happy.

It’s not bad. Great graphics. Some settings have to be changed like automatically translation google pages o Greek. Copy and paste can be fiddly. Battery over heats. I brought the phone to use for tiktok. It doesn’t work well with the app but works well with editing programs such as capcut. For the price, it’s not bad.

Phone came in as expected. Great value. Absolutely loved this decision of going for a refurbished tech.

Love this phone and a fraction of the price from Vodafone and the phone is truly immaculate. This is the second purchase and both being Pixel phones. I highly recommend both Google Pixel phones and Back market as a company

Very clear description of what you get, very clear instruction of how to get it, good price, very efficient, all with a tiny touch of humour in the correspondence. Only had my new phone for 2 weeks but it appears to be perfect, like new. Well done Back market 👍

Absolutely chuffed to bits .Like a lot of things on line you are not too sure of how it will turn out . Well I ordered a pixel 9 pro Xl .I picked the Excellent condition one and when it arrived it might as well have been brand new not a mark on it body screen anywhere .On checking the battery status it had only been charged 34 times in six months. All this with a saving of 45 to 50 % on new . It's a great phone with a cracking good camera it came well packed with only a charging cable but that's all you need nowadays as most of us have charging plugs .Would happily recommend back market to others.

seamless purchase. love this phone, it does so much.The only thing it hasn't got is tap your screen for screenshot, you tap at the back but when you've got a wallet case on you can't. it's a bit of a father having to screenshot with keys or push screen up and do it that way. I've not really used the camera to take pictures of scenery yet. My other Huawei p30 pro took lovely photos. I'm going on holiday so I will be able to see the difference then. when taking a selfie it tells you where to place your face which is good as I'm useless at selfies. I'm still learning so can't say much more about the phone but I love it

This was my second phone from back market after the first order went horrendously wrong. This product however, was far more up to scratch. The phone arrived quickly and in excellent condition with a hardly used battery that lasts for plenty of time. Would strongly recommend checking the supplier of the phone as some are a bit naff, but this one was excellent.
