I received a pixel 9 pro fold and within a day was faulty returned it was flawless. with no money's taken away. pitched the replacement and it seems to work spot-on. no complaints just well chuffed with my purchase.

Truly incredible. I was sceptical about the pixel 9 fold, but good grief it's an incredible phone. So intuitive. The best camera I have ever used in general. And backmarket sold it at over half price. Not a scratch on it and it's perfect. Amazing.

Phone looks brand new not a mark on it. Delivery was quicker than expected, with comms emails at key milestones, ensuring I was fully informed throughout the few days from order to delivery. I saved a small fortune Vs cost new (less than half retail price), and comes with 12 month warranty, I couldn't be happier! It did not come with a charger, only a USB-C cable, but this was clear on the advert. What isn't clear unless you do some homework, is the charging time on the phone itself (Google issue, not Back Market) is very slow by modern standards. Otherwise though the phone is excellent and service from Back Market the same. Will use again in future

I LOVE my new phone. I was really impressed with Back Market too. Phone came quickly and was in mint condition. Not so impressed with Royal Mail's delivery and the blatant lie that it had been delivered in person, with a photo of somebody else's open door. In reality they'd dumped it by my closed door when nobody was in. But did I mention that I LOVE my new phone! It's brilliant.

Condition was described as 'fair', but as far as I'm concerned it's good - screen perfect with just tiny marks elsewhere which make me less worried about the first, inevitable scrapes I make. Very pleased.

device was as listed, perfect condition. works perfectly. much better than previous phone I traded in. process was simple.

when buying the phome i was givem 3 price options showing there more than one phone available. upon returning a faulty phone, i wasnt offered any of those alternatives and am forced to wait an extra week to reorder the same product elsewhere as my money is stuck in transit. so were there 3 phone options ouf the start or no?. i didnt mind paying extra for a better version. it's the waste of time that is frustrating without resolution and costing me headache for a week and expenses wandering to post offices trying to resolve what was supposed to be a direct purchase amd not me jumping through hoops getting the thing being offered.

Arrived a day earlier than expected, phone is in excellent condition and exceeded my expectation.
