4.9/5I was skeptical to order because it was my first time to order a refurbished phone but i am surprised when i received the it. I ordered fair yet it came with good condition. There are few scratches visible at the sides but when i put the phone case, it’s gorgeous. No damage at all in the front screen. I brought excellent condition and couldn't find any visual faults/marks with accubattery putting battery health at 96% so I couldn't be happier with my new phone. 4.5/5The handset arrived very quickly after placing the order, and was packaged in a generic plain box. The visible condition was pretty good for 'fair' with only a small scratch to the lower half of the screen that's only visible when the screens off. Plus there is some scratches to the raised camera surround edges on the back where the silver is showing through. My only concern is the battery condition, as it's not lasting as long as my previous Google Pixel 6 pro! Now it's running exactly the same App's as it's a direct image of the old phone that was copied over, so it should be exactly the same, and it's not. Before this order, I actually bought the pixel 6 and had to return it as it wasn't "excellent" condition when I received it. The communication from backmarket is second to none! Maria was so helpful in helping me get a refund. Now on to this pixel pro.. it looks brand spanking new! I ordered on Thurs evening and received Saturday morning. I had to factory reset it myself though as there was a video in the photos section. Other than that, there are tiny scratches that you can barely see and the phone is excellent! I wish I had bought the white one though! But all in all, the phone is immaculate unlike the last phone I sent back. Everything was easy from ordering to delivery. 4.9/5Simply excellent. I Ordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro in fair condition on Saturday and it was in my hands on Wednesday. I was very impressed with the condition of the phone as it only has a couple of very small marks on the screen. The sides and the back of the phone are in excellent condition with no marks whatsoever. You could quite easily pass this as a very good or even excellent condition. Purchasing the item was quick and easy and straightforward and I was kept up today with email updates about delivery. Phone works perfectly and I'm very happy. The only thing that could be improved is the packaging. My phone was inside a strong cardboard box, but the phone was not protected with any additional packaging, so it was free to move around inside a cardboard box which could have led to some of the micro scratches on the screen.
