I've always had Apples phones, but my son changed to Google, so I thought I'd try one out as a 2nd phone. I like it, there seems less dead ends, and more logical apps than get with Apple. Might move across to Android overall - as there seems to be security conflicts with Apple, Microsoft, and Google - and my PC won't take Windows 11, so thinking of going Linux, and moving to Google as main phone, and rationalizing accounts & security, and ID personas!!

Ordered it, it arrived very quickly only taking two days and I ordered it around 4-6pm. I ordered it for a family member straight to their house, they had no complaints at all. I had no complaints. Happy days! 10/10 And best of all it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Phone looks incredibly perfect like it was bought in the store! Definitely recommend for everyone! I wasn't very optimistic about purchasing from back market! I have changed my mind! Phone looked better than expected. No scratches or scuffs. Software is clean. Performs like a new phone and everything checks out. Excellent service with a quick delivery. I would easily recommend them and I'll be using their services in the future. I'm giving them a 4.5 out of 5 only because one of the bottom speakers didn't work but that's fine since I use earphones. Great work 👍

This is my first time buying a refurbished smart phone but I couldn't be more impressed. Despite choosing the lowest grade I can't see any problem with the condition of the handset. Very, very happy.

Faulty battery then I have to wait 5 plus days for a fix so I'd rather get it fixed locally and pay out of my own pocket, probably the first and last time using this, I'd rather use ebay. One more thing the phone came in a box with no protective packaging inside

Pretty good phone. Not as well packed as the previous ones I've had from you. Condition is good - but again, nowhere near as good as previous. Screen scratches (not major) and it hadn't even been cleaned!

Phone came through, and it was in better condition than I expected. Works flawlessly, and I am very happy with the purchase, as I was in need for a new phone shortly before long journey abroad. Besides the camera on this model of Google Pixel is simply stunning when it comes to quality of pictures. Service was very professional and fast. Would definitely recommend this website to anyone who's looking for good bargains on used phones.

Great value - actually 10 quid cheaper than a replacement screen (they are particularly expensive very hi-res screens on this model). very quick, vrey simple to use market-place, esp. if you know what you are shopping for. will be using again for sure. time will tell, but on the actual phone its hard to tell it was pre-owned (and this model is 2 years since end of production).
