Perfect except battery life, which isn't great. I'm returning it using the 30 day refund option. The overall rating showing for this review is 3.5, but that's because I rated the shipping accessories as 5 but the performance and battery as 1. Don't believe the overall rating, it doesn't reflect the quality of the phone!

I'm very happy indeed with my pixel 3XL. The phone arrived ahead of schedule and was in better condition than expected. Five stars for Back market! I'll definitely use you next time I shut my phone in my car door!!

I had been looking for one that was advertised as 'Excellent Condition' but the only one available with the memory size I wanted, was 'Good condition'. I decided to chance it. In my view it is Excellent - no marks on the external areas, and so far, the operation is great. I had to get used to subtle changes as I have not had a Google Pixel handset before, but it meeting all my expections, easy, clear, great sound quality, fabulous camera. Yep, I am very happy.

Very happy with my Google Pixel 3 XL. Exactly as described by BackMarket and quick delivery. Main reason I bought it was for the camera and it hasn't disappointed! I'll definitely be back when I'm looking for my next phone.

This was a good phone. A little disappointing that the mic was slightly water damaged when it arrived. Was happy with it though, I could have returned it but I chose not to.

Very good quality product. Customer services were easily accessible and the delivery was quick. I do have some concerns about how long the phone keeps the charge for though.

I bought an excellent quality Google Pixel 3 XL in "Just Black". The pixel 3 and pixel 3 XL were famous for the back frosted glass scratching. When it arrived I was expecting minor scratches on the back and around the phone. I was surprised to find it in immaculate condition. The only thing I could have hoped from extra from backmarket were more accessories. I know how obviously they say there won't be accessories and I knew before ordering what I would get in the box and I understand the want for less e-waste. I would have liked for there to at least be a usb c to aux adapter as these are practically mandatory to most people and cost very little. I was no way expecting one though so I was not suprised. Back market did an excellent job and I am very pleased with my phon
