I am very happy with the purchase of my Google Pixel 2XL. The phone is like new and the battery holds a charge very well.

I'm rather disappointed with my purchase for the two reasons below - though I consider that Back Market is only responsible for the first point. - The phone was installed with Android 8 whereas the full Android 11 OTA version (11.0.0 - RP1A.201005.004.A1, December 2020) is available from developers.google.com. It seems to me that installing the latest official version of Android for a given phone should be part of Back Market's service. - The phone is unusable with LineageOS 21: even though the installation went well, the SIM card is not recognised despite my best efforts.

Excellent service and seller. The phone is great. The phone condition is as new. We are more satisfied with the pixel phones in comparison with apple iphones.The delivery was extremely fast, purchased in Friday afternoon and delivered on Monday.

Fast delivery. Item conforms to the description. Nothing to say about the operation of the phone, which fully meets my expectations. The only downside was that the charging cable supplied was not suitable. It's compatible, but when you charge it, the phone indicates a slow charge... it takes more than 24 hours to charge the phone to less than 5%... which is unbearable.

The delivery process went very well, and the product looks brand new. Only sometimes it freezes or crashes and I have had to reboot. The battery performs very well, the stereo too.

Unfortunate and very unpleasant experience that was mitigated by Back Market support staff, who intervened in the conflict to mitigate it (not solve it). The terminal purchased from a reconditioner in Germany arrived broken (not reconditioned, that is). It would not turn on. It wasn't something to do with the battery. Nevertheless, I asked for the repair, as I wanted the item. I sent it in for repair, but the seller decided that I had better get a refund, so I lost the repair option (which I had requested), valuable time and some of my money, as I was not reimbursed 100% of my original payment. An experience that has meant my total loss of confidence in this website, of which at least I can say (and it is the only minimally positive thing) that it does have good human support.

Everything was perfect. Super fast shipping and the mobile phone Excellent as new. After almost 2 months of use as a secondary mobile phone is great.
