Received it early and in great condition. Works great and looks new. Battery life lasted 16 hours. Very happy apart from the colour, I ordered a white one but got a black one.. Not that I mind much and was probably boxed and sent in a hurry since it arrived before its arrival time. Still happy with the purchase 10/10 thanks!

I can not say how exciting I was to receive this PlayStation portal and it works and has no sighs wear or tear it works fine both cloud and connected to my PS5 serive my speedy abd very pleasant experience

Impressed, charges quickly and sits neatly beside the old xbox 360. No worries about battery failure during a session, and cable free controllers, always available and tidy storage for them when not in use. What's not to like.

Counterfeit item sold to me - bought a DualShock 4 Controller from this refurbisher via BackMarket only to receive it and find that the controller is a counterfeit. My PS4 notified me of an unofficial controller being connected, the joystick inputs were off by a long way, and the controller felt bad in the hands, far too thick and clunky. This seller is charging premium prices for a fake product - avoid at all costs. This makes me not trust or want to shop with BackMarket, as they clearly do not do their due diligence over their refurbishers.

Controller arrived well and on time, works fine however there is a slight stick drift on the right analog stick, tried switching the fixings but doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue. One Small problem with an otherwise smooth controller isn’t too much to be concerned about. Thanks

It was a gift from the parents for a birthday gift and ngl very convenient. Just make sure you have a decent WiFi Signal otherwise. Like Butter.

Working perfectly no problem, good stuff. Is very neat and the extra pad I bought was in box brand new. Value for money I got.
