Smart Watch Samsung HR GPS Galaxy Watch 5 - Rose Gold, bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves it. It looks brand new and works perfectly. One thing to point out is that when you first set it up the battery usage is high but once all updates have downloaded and the watch learns your routine the battery lasts about 36 hours with normal usage. Once again a great service from Back Market

best thing i got from back market as a returning costumer- usually even excellent condition devices the battery health is very low and the battery dies fast. the battery on this watch lasts ages & it truly was excellent condition

This is my first time using back market and I'm really impressed by the service. I purchased the galaxy watch 5 and overall, it's a decent product. For sure, the nicest looking Smartwatch I've seen. One thing they could improve - the way the strap attaches to the body, it feels a little flimsy and as if it may easily detach during some sports.

Item received dirty. Before enjoying my gadgets I was spend 20 min cleaning. I was expected quality refurbished. Unfortunately received just used unclean watch.

Thrilled with my watch - it was in impeccable condition when it arrived, and has been working brilliantly. It would have been mad to get a brand new one from Samsung when this one is perfect. Will definitely use Back Market again, many thanks.

Good service, good product, good price. Only thing is that the condition was supposed to be 'excellent' but there was a scraped engraving on the back. I wish I'd known since I bought it as a present for my mum. The price was good enough though to accept that.

Really love the watch. Delivery quick and came well packaged. Looks brand new. The only issue I would raise is the strap is a large and so whilst I can wear it, its on the smallest setting and i cant make it any smaller. I will need to buy a new strap (which is fine for me) but something I hadn't really thought about or considered when buying. Other than that, very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from Back Market again.
