Contrary to other reviews the watch came immaculate, no signs at all of handling, no physical marks or scratches, screen is perfect. So far works perfectly, you wouldn't be able to tell it isn't brand new. (Bought 'excellent' condition)

I'm gonna leave a very honest review about this. I was so excited to order this watch because I had already gotten a phone (Samsung 23 ultra) and earbuds from backmarket and I absolutely loved them. I was very impressed at the quality and everything, but when this phone came in, I was met with huge disappointment. I paid for a "good condition" item but what came to me is riddled with scratches and wear and tear. It looks like they sent a "fair condition" item, or even lower standard, if theres any category for that. This watch was very dirty and had a lot of dust and dirty in the nooks and cranies. The band is not original and is not even the correct colour that was described. It was supposed to be a Sapphire piece with Sapphire band, but the band that came to me was black and looks very flimsy. I did however spend some time to clean the watch with some tools and it's looking much better, it was really disgusting when it first arrived. Delivery was super quick tho, came in 1day. But with much disappointment,

I sent this to my mom in Africa, but she received it in a non-functional state. It's truly disappointing, and unfortunately, I can't return it now.
