The item was in better condition than i expected for the good option. Looked practically faultless and was well packaged. Hoping to get alot of use out of this s7 tablet before any need of repaor or battery replacement. I would recommend ioutlet as a refurbishment option 👍

I'd never heard of Black Market before and I was a little unsure about ordering at first, but after seeing consistently competitive prices on the Galaxy Tablet I wanted I went for it. My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one! I'm very happy and I'll be using them again, many thanks 😊

This is the third Samsung S6 tablet I own due to it fits everything I need to do on a day to day basis. Although it still isn't cheap as a used tablet, but it came really good for its age. Still early days yet to comment on durability but I'm happy with it comes with sellers warranty. So far so good.

Superb and in good condition

Came in perfect condition with about 10 percent but they gave me a charger so it was fine , royal mail delivered it about 2 hours late but i got it in the end and it did come in a taped up box that I struggled to open and looked a bit battered.

I bought a tablet described as fair condition. I thought the tablet was in excellent condition so very pleased with the purchase. The tablet was delivered as your emails in a timely manner. All in all, great service again

The tablet arrived promptly and is in far better condition than I could have imagined. Have had it a week, transferring everything from my last one was seamless and, touch wood, everything seems to be working perfectly. Amazing price and looks great too given its age and fair condition. May never buy a new laptop ever again!

Item was in good condition and delivery was fast. However, I paid for a Galaxy Tab S7+ WiFi + 5G (SM-T976), but the item I received was Wifi-only (SM-T970). I didn't realise this until more than 30 days after my purchase, so couldn't exchange. I've learnt my lesson: remember to check the Model Name of the item you receive against the one you wanted to buy!

Galaxy Tab S6 arrived promptly and was very well packed in an unbranded presentation box, perfect for a present. My other half was adamant it was a brand new item as the condition was perfect (described as "very good" on the site. Arrived with pen as described (many for sale did not include the pen) along with charging USB cable. Software was clean with "getting started" routine on first switch on - just like a new device. Can't fault the device or service. The tablet is incredible and well worth going to the "S" series even though it's 3 years old - much better than getting a brand new "A" series for more money!

I had ordered a refurbished Tab S6 from another site, that was not in the described condition when it arrived, so I sent it back. I then ordered one from Back Market and was delighted. Item in excellent condition, customer service friendly and helpful. Would definitely order from Back Market again.
