Great as always, second time using them as my wife has a habit of going through phones. Rather than tie into a contract with big bills I just buy unlocked smart phones from these guy's. They know their stuff.

The phone was received extremely quickly and well packaged. It was also of a very high standard, virtual no scratches despite being classed as good. Totally delighted with it - it was a gift for my sister and with a phone case I purchased looks brand new. Great phone, its the S9 plus, I have a S9 which is 5 years old and keeps going so this is why I chose this phone. Highly recommend this company!

Phone arrived quickly, really well packaged, complete with a brand new charging lead and still with some of the protective film on. Really happy with yet another purchase from Back Market. Why anyone would buy brand new when refurbished/returned is such a massive saving and so much better for the environment to boot! Now if I could just get my wife to stop dropping her phone.......

Like others I was unsure as to what the phone would be like when it arrived . It was classed as “Fair “ so I was expecting some scratches or knocks to the casing . I needn’t have worried the Samsung S9 + plus was almost like new with very very few feint scratches that you almost can’t see without looking . The phone was for my wife and if I need a phone in the future I would defiantly be back to buy another from Back Market Mant Thanks

Don't want to leave a bad review because, generally, service received has been good. However whilst the phone looks perfect, and generally everything else works fine, the keyboard has issues - area to bottom left "sticks" and it is really difficult to select the required letters in that area without several presses which have to be quite hard.Suggesstions

Received the device Samsung Galaxy S9+ it is as good as new (obviously not brand new) but where is the charger? the description stated it comes with charger all I got was a cable and phone no plug and the cable is not samsung official either! but despite that all else is fine as of

Blimey..it's like new..and I honestly didn't know it was a dual SIM! It performs well and the battery is good. I only added a screen protector and a foldable case and voila! my perfect replacement smartphone at a bargain price. I will buy again!
