It’s an old slloooooowww phone but it’s what we needed for my dad when his broke and we didn’t have time to get a smaller sim. It was delivered fast and works fine for its age. My only gripe is that it was grubby and needed cleaning.Thank you.

I haven't received my new SIM card yet. but the phone [Samsung s5] [second-hand] is working properly.....

The phone has a number of shortcomings: in particular, the battery drains very quickly, it's impossible to install certain applications because the operating system seems too old, and the power button falls off after a few days' use...

I'm quite disappointed because I like BackMArket, this phone cuts out every 15 seconds when I'm on WhatsApp, the battery life is very short, barely 2 minutes, and it's impossible to download Waze because it's not compatible.

Perfect product, except for the battery, which is less powerful than on my previous phone, even though it's the same model.

Where is the refund of this item 107.49 After cancelling the purchase I still received it instead of a blue Samsung s5 mini. A first order was cancelled of 2 Samsung s5 mini, having made a mistake on the quantity 2 74.49 were debited from my account I am very dissatisfied with your service and intend to inform future customers. I bought this phone a while ago and it didn't work as soon as it arrived. Customer service didn't repair it because they said they had found traces of water; I didn't drown it as soon as I received it, so I doubt that was the real problem. They never sent it back to me, I had bought one on another site and had forgotten my order on backmarket. I placed another order and received a phone that didn't take photos, so I had to send it back. No commercial gesture for the first phone that I was never able to get (but they did get the payment) and here again no commercial gesture from customer service, I'm just without a phone for 2 weeks.

A phone that lives up to my expectations.
