Ordered two Samsung 24+ phones for me and my partner and so far these are fantastic. This is the second lot of phones we have had from Back Market and for a refurbished mobile phone we cannot fault Back Market for quality.

I bought the Samsung S24 Plus (512GB) from Back Market just over a week ago. After ordering, I made the mistake of looking up Back Market reviews on YouTube and found a few bad ones—so I was already stressed, thinking I had made a bad decision. I chose the "Excellent" tier, and when it arrived, I inspected it closely, expecting scratches. I couldn't find a single one—except for the tiniest mark that I had to squint to see. Honestly, it looks like new. Then I tested the battery health with AccuBattery, expecting some degradation. It's at 97%! That's impressive for a refurbished phone. Now, about performance—this phone is an absolute beast. The speed is insane, the camera is top-tier (it even exposed all my wrinkles in high definition, but thankfully, AI fixes that, so I’m young again). I’m a heavy critic—if I find something wrong, I’ll update this review with a full-on rant. But so far, I can't find a single issue. The refurbishers, 4Gadgets, definitely deserve some credit for this one. If you're on the fence about Back Market, my experience has been 10/10 so far.

really pleased with this phone only one tiny little mark which you wouldn't see unless you really looked hard, does so much more than my old phone so yes one Happy bunny and I will recommend to friends and family.

I was more than 0pleasantly surprised at the condition of my purchase a Samsung S24+.It was pristine not a mark anywhere. Delivery was superfastl,efficient and well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Backmarket to anyone !

Phone is perfect, like new. Shipping was a bit slow, but I still received it in a week time. Very happy with BackMarket, this is my second time buying a phone from them and I will keep doing it in the future as well.

This S24 plus is the second phone I've bought from Backmarket. As before, the service has been second to none. I traded my old S21 as I was offered a good price, subject to inspection. My new phone arrived a day after I placed the order, as expected it is in pristine condition with no signs of use; it could be mistaken for brand new! The battery easily lasts a full day, even with heavy use. Delighted I am by the excellent service and product. Why would one consider buying new? Finally, a week later, I received the full rebate for my old phone. Amazing!!

I'm really pleased with the phone (S24+). I was a bit apprehensive about buying second hand, but my daughter had previously bought an Apple watch from Back Market and was delighted. Apart from the lack of original box, I wouldn't have known it wasn't new. Would happily recommend Back Market to other people.

I was a bit worried about ordering from here, but as my nephew had used Back Market before and had good experiences, I have it a go. I got a perfect Samsung S24+. Absolutely as good as new and at a fantastic price. I'm very happy indeed, ordering was easy, delivery was very good. I'm now looking at getting a laptop here to replace my broken one!

This is the first time purchasing a refurb smart phone outright. So far so good, I feel vindicated with my purchase. The phone arrived within a couple of days of ordering. No issues upon inspecting the phone, like new tbh! Easy enough to get set up and transfer data over. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Back Market and use in future.
