    First I want to say that I was pleased to receive the order earlier than I expected it. Second the phone is absolutely as described. I was a bit sceptical at the begging thinking that a refurbished phone will never be the same as the new one but now that I've received my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra all I can say that you can bet is new and not refurbished. Would I buy anything else from Back Market? Yeees, of course. I recommend 💯. Thank you 🙂

    This is the 4th phone i have had via Backmarket. I am really pleased with it and have found no problems. I have bought 2 other refurbished phones via Amazon and both had faults which meant they needed to be returned, so BAckmarket will be my go-to company. With regard to the phone i am really pleased with it. I had a S20 Ultra last, and this phone has significantly better cameras. I also anm super pleased to have an S pen again; as my previous Galaxy Note had been my favourite ever phone. I had toyed with going the iPhone route, but I am really happy with my S22 Ultra,

    I really needed a phone for only about a year so I decided to get a fair phone. Well it's brilliant. hardly any scratches or marks and works perfectly! I am so impressed with a "fair" phone. why I haven't brought a refurbished phone before I don't know!

    I bought this phone thinking it would run smoothly and have little to no scratches on it - and I am pleasantly surprised at how amazing the quality is of this phone, including how smooth and fast this phone runs.     Working really good.my second refurbished phone. Am hooked to refurbished because if I were to buy new set for the model, it currently cost over £1000, and I got mine for nearly 70% less! Absolutey no brainer if you can get decent functional phone for the savings you can make. Thanks for the options for consumer you are bringing to the market.

    I got my phone yesterday as though it was brand new. was initially sceptical to purchase a refurbished phone but i decided to give it a try and am impressed with what i got. Only noticed something is shaking inside. Am trusting the certification of the check done before sending it out. i will definitely call again.

    This is my first refurbished phone and I honestly was expecting it to look second hand, there are a few scratches on the side of the phone which you can't even see with a clear cover on but other than that it's a brand new S22 even the screen looked untouched. I got quoted a higher price in a second hand store for the exact same phone that had screen burn. Very happy I chose this.

    The refurbished S22 Ultra phone that I bought come promptly after I placed the order, and the phone came in the condition as if it was brand new out the box. I was more than happy with this purchase, as it has saved me hundreds of pounds and had I bought a new one on contract I'd still be paying for it 2 to 3 years down the line! Purchasing a refurbished phone is a win win situation for both the buyer and the environment. I would recommend buying a phone from Back Market to anyone who is looking to save money and who looking to purchase a good quality product which comes with a guarantee.

    Ordered Galaxy S22. delivery was quick and I'm very impressed. No issues with the actual working of the phone. but there're lots of dents on the corners of the case and scratches on the screen also a small crack on the top right hand side of the screen. The phone was rated as Fair, so perhaps that's what is expected for refurbished phones of that rating. Apart from that I'm very happy with my purchase.

    Very pleased with my new phone was very sceptical buying a refurbished model. Phone arrived the very next day which I was surprised as it was days before christmas. Quality of the phone was like new could not find one single mark on either the screen or phone casing absolute pristine condition. Definitely be buying from back market and this seller in future. Thank you to the seller for such hassle free experience.
