First time I've used back market, I admit I was uncertain if buying a refurbished phone was a good move. But with the 12mth warranty felt well they must feel confident of their phones! So I gave it a try, and so far so good. The phone was in an almost as new condition which surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Lots of communication along the way keeping me informed on delivery. I also was able to trade in an old samsung for £43 that I didnt plan on doing. I thought its at least a saving off the price I paid for the new one. So yes was pleasantly surprised and would buy again in the future that offers the chance to buy a more high end phone for a more affordable cost. If I had to make one negative, which really isnt a big issue, the deposit for the trade in takes upto 6 working days to go into a bank. But as promised I did receive the funds within the 6 working days. Otherwise, yep, liked everything.Galaxy S21 5GOverall performance

Arrived quickly. Condition (pristine) was accurate - no marks or scratches. Set-up was fine just like a new phone (fairly easy with Samsung Smart Switch). Battery condition is good - retains charge well. A bargain compared to a new phone - and I prefer to use refurbished equipment as long as the condition, price and technology meet my needs. I am pleasantly surprised! I had just ordered 5 refurbished samsung galaxy a51’s last month on amazon to give to my family in another country. Great price but there were multiple issues with the phone and 3 of them have stopped working. I was extremely sceptical with buying another refurbished phone. My daughter had been researching on this site to look for a phone for me to use. I placed the order yesterday was told that it would come next week but i received it next day! Absolutely fantastic. Ordered a Samsung S21 marked as "excellent condition" it arrived in only 2 days and is immaculate, not a single mark on it, they even sent me a cover for it and it was £30+ cheaper than the other refurbished website I was considering using, only had it a but everything works as it should so far, I'd definitely use these again, can't see the point in spending £££ on brand new tech when the quality this company sells is so good.Galaxy S21 5GOverall performance

Arrived Quickly after order. It was refurbished to good and it doesn’t really show any marks on it until looked at very closely. So pleased with it visually. I was really skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but I'm really happy with it. There wasn't a mark on the phone. It arrived factory resetted and everything works as should. The only problem which I'm marking down for is battery life.
