Bought a Galaxy S20 FE from BackMarket in the summer and it was in fantastic condition...so pleased with it. Brought it out to Africa and within 3 months it had been dropped and destroyed. Quickly got online and ordered another from BackMarket. Thankfully it arrived with friends in only a few days and they were able to bring it out to me. Yet again, excellent service and a fabulous phone in pristine condition. Will never buy new for as long as you are selling such great quality reconditioned phones. Have recommended you to many others. Keep up the great work!

I purchased my refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GBrket a - Green - Unlocked - Dual-SIM after being let down by another on-line company. The purchase was smooth and efficient and my phone arrived within a few days. The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. I am very happy with the phone & service that I received and would definitely use Back Market again. Highly recommended

Great phone,no problem, quickly delivery. The phone barely had any scratches or anything, great condition (I would say perhaps just the barely as it runs out farely quickly but not bad for the price plus it's refurbished). My 3rd phone that I buy here and never disappoints.

Great website and detailed information. Reasonable price for the S20fe that I ordered. Easy to complete the order, very quick delivery, great communication. Phone arrived and was as described except for battery life. When out hiking for the day I use maps and track my walks. With no where to give it an extra charge, I have to keep my phone turned off at times to preserve what life is left. A problem i did not have with my old A53 5G. When internet surfing, using email, social media etc, at home or work, I have the power saving turned on or give it an extra charge during the day. I now have to consider the purchase of a battery charger for being out... I probably would have returned this phone if I had not delayed switching on, transferring info from old phone and trying it out.
