The phone arrived in record time. I took it to the O2 shop to be set up. It's like new, and I absolutely love it. Massive VFM.......the website is informative and the phone is exactly as described. Delighted

I have bought two Samsung s10 from backmarket recently, the first one i was really happy with good battery power however the second one I felt the battery was on its last legs just listening to spotif y and general browsing found before the day was out i had to put it on charge will make me think again before buying refurbished again.

Had this phone for almost 2 years now. My only issues with it are- the 5G doesn't really work and some settings are in another language and I'm wary of those features. However, saying that, these haven't had any effect in overall usage of the phone

The service is great the phone is fab second third one i bought in 12 months bought one for my partner i run over my last one so i came straight back and bought another off you as the phones are the best and thank you .

Happy with this Galaxy S10 G5 model! Much better camera than my old phone, needed more storage space in any case and got 256GB now :) And I was very impressed with the super quick delievery: I ordered on a Friday morning and got the phone delivered about 25h later. (I expected it to come on Monday.)
