Ordered this Samsung s10 5G in Fair condition and it arrived with very little to almost barely any marks and scratches! The battery lasts me the whole day and I love everything about this device and also the delivery was fast!

The phone arrived in record time. I took it to the O2 shop to be set up. It's like new, and I absolutely love it. Massive VFM.......the website is informative and the phone is exactly as described. Delighted

Had this phone for almost 2 years now. My only issues with it are- the 5G doesn't really work and some settings are in another language and I'm wary of those features. However, saying that, these haven't had any effect in overall usage of the phone

I have bought two Samsung s10 from backmarket recently, the first one i was really happy with good battery power however the second one I felt the battery was on its last legs just listening to spotif y and general browsing found before the day was out i had to put it on charge will make me think again before buying refurbished again.
