    Problem with first refurbished phone sent as SIM card reader not working. Very quick response to my complaint and return/replacement organised. Next phone sent was in good condition but not unlocked as described when purchased.

    I got my order about 2 weeks ago, (2 days before expected delivery date). And... I am in love with my new phone... this much that I am still using my old one as I am afraid to destroy it. Item is in excelent condition, shiny and has this little pen which stole my heart. I would definitelly recommended Back Market to anyone who was scared to get "refurbished phone". I was really anxious about buying used phone, but it turned out that it's pretty sweet deal!

    Fantastic refurbished mobile,I would say as new, no signs of usage and works perfectly, deivery was also earlier than expected, very good service, I am really satisfied with it.

    Had the Samsung note 10+ now for just over a week all working good so far condition of the phone was excellent arrived super quick very pleased with the phone overall and would definitely use again in the future.

    Arrived not a scratch, as brand new. Simple charge up with included charging lead, swap sim card from on phone and connect to the WiFi. Very happy thank you back market. I won't be buying a phone through a contract again. Smart switch app to pull old phone apps and important stuff across to new phone. Very happy!

    Recently heard about back market had a look then shopped around prices were very competitive and the after care is top (had an issue at first which was a bummer) swift replys and my issue was delt with. And the insurance options are also a great price. Since both my parents have brought devices from black market and again they are also very happy I would not hesitate using back market again

    The phone arrived the dat after I placed the order, impressive. The condition was as stated, first rate. An excellent experience. I traded in my iPhone and once it was received I was offered more than they had accessed it at…..double impressive! Great experience, will use them again and will certainly recommend them.

    Was looking for a replacement for my 'old' Note 10+ 5g and have to say this 'very good' condition model caught my eye due to price. Its actually not very good. Its excellent, virtually brand new, not a mark anywhere, unblemished screen, healthy battery, runs smooth as silk. As it's a powerhouse, used for work as well as personal and has more than lived up to expectations (so far, keep fingers crossed!). Based on this experience, I'm already looking at other options on Back Market for family members.
