Good condition - Arrived quickly It's an easy to use phone so far. I am used to Iphone, so still learning the samsung menu, but on the whole it seems very intuitive

Arrived on time and of excellent quality

This phone takes a very long time to charge. Sometimes it vibrates for no reason but otherwise seems to be in working order.

Bought this as a Christmas present for husband who has great difficulty using a mobile. Very good purchase. Phone in good condition. Fully informed re. delivery. All on time. Good service. Would use again .

Was really pleased with the service and how quick I received after ordering. The phone is exactly as described but the only thing I can complain about is the battery, it needs charging everyday even when I haven’t usrd

Wasn't at all sure about refurbished after original phone stolen. Son-in-law recommended Backmarket. Have to say the replacement phone itself exceeded expectations - sold as "Good" - looked pristine to us! Website ordering easy, delivery prompt & well packed - what's not to like! Go-to place for us in future - if we need to!!

*Update* my son has been using it for a couple of weeks and he's quite happy. Sadly he can't download the latest apps, even though the phone is updated. This has kinda ruined it for him. Its also very slow but it was only £45 so have to accept it for what it is. Seems OK so far. It's an Xmas prezzie so not been used yet. I went for grade c as I know my son will just wreck it as its his first phone. But there are only 3 very small nicks in the colour on the back so will be hidden by a case anyway. Otherwise it looks perfect. Arrived quickly and fab price. Fingers crossed it works well and I'll have a happy boy.
