    fair used phone that looks nearly new. can't complain really. fast delivery time, as long as the phone carries on thus way throughout my use I will 100% use the company again. only issue was a slow charger cable sent.

    Bought this for the hubby for his birthday which was yesterday , he was overwhelmed and impressed .. does everything it’s says on the tin 👍. It was a smooth transition of stuff from his old to his new phone . This is my second purchase with backmarket.com , I will definitely be back again

    This phone is amazing, it is practically brand new out the box.. I have always had 2nd hand phones but this is one of the best quality products that I have bought. Back market is unbelievable with the prices and quality.

    Excellent phone. Very fast. I would only recommend this phone if its not for camera purposes. The camera quality isn't great but its decent. Few minor scratches on the hinge side of the phone but other than that the phone is good.

    First time ordering anything on Back Market and I’m impressed! The phone came in great condition (just had a small scuff on the side which I don’t mind). It also didn’t come in the original packaging, it was just wrapped in tonnes of bubble wrap so be carful when opening the box. The delivery had some complications which lead me to wait 20mins in the cold trying to find the driver. But that doesn’t have anything to do with the phone or Back Market so overall I’m happy with the product. Also, a small warning about the phone itself, the battery drains very quickly. But as long as you have a portable charger you won’t have to worry.

    Brilliant, brilliant service. New phone turned up 1 day after I ordered it, and the phone is spotless (I bought the 'excellent' quality) Aside a minor inconvenience when setting up, I cannot fault the service at all. Will definitely buy from again!

    I've got a flip 5 . Always wanted the fold , I'm not disappointed at all with the fold . I use the flip for messages and calls & the fold for everything else. If I could afford it I would get a newer fold.
