I ordered and paid for Samsung Galaxy buds 2 (£120), unfortunately what turned up (albeit from a 3rd party) was a pair of Galaxy buds FE (value £75) these were duly returned the same day. I had previously seen reviews from people not impressed with the returns service and was at this point starting to show a little concern, I feel it fair to say I promptly received a message informing me I have been refunded and following a short delay (due to PayPal) and a very polite and friendly correspondence using the "Back Market App" I was indeed fully refunded and very happy with Back Market's return service.

My order wasn't Rocket Science I ordered black buds and you have sent me white buds how could you get my order so wrong. I doubt I will order from back market again. I'm so disappointed
