My husband's ear bugs are washed in the washing machine accidently and the original is ceased to produce, but this one sounds like the original, also he doesn't have problems with the sizes that was commented on by others. He is happy with the purchase, he has tried to replace it with Chinese products before which looked the same, but sound quality is bad.

Arrived as if they were brand new. Really slick headphones. Great for the price. Very comfortable in the ears. Noise cancelling is amazing. Voice recognition software is really cool.

They came working for music but when I take calls the earphones have a buzzing/crackling sound, I expected a refurbished product without technical issues.

the earbuds themselves are flwless. no marks, no scratches, super beautiful case and sent in the original packaging with all the original extras in the bix (the different sized silicone pieces, charger, booklet). My only issue was that they were a little dirty and I did not expect it. I didn't mind cleaning them, I would have cleaned them before use anyway but still an unexpected "surprise". All in all very satisfied with this purchase.

Although I am happy with Back market, I do feel that my most recent order, of the earbuds left a little to be desired. I spent a few minutes clening theearbuds, the case, and teh Samsung box etc. The seller could and should have have done this. It makes me wonder if they have been cleaned properley at all by the refurbisher/seller? As this item is a pair of Earbuds, this worries me. They seem to work fine however.
