In perfect condition, product like new with all accessories and instructions present and packaged as original, I think never even opened. Thank you cash converters!

There's nothing wrong with the delivery or the condition of the tablet...however, the battery discharges quickly (even when plugged into the mains) and I had to change the battery, which added extra costs, which is apparently the weakness of this tablet. This problem is not easily visible.

Hello, I received this item today, but it does not correspond to the advertised model. It said Samsung Galaxy Book 12 SM-W728 LTE 12".... and I received the model SM-W720. Where does the error come from, was it intentional? Because it wasn't the same price at the time!

Hello I am very happy with this purchase I have a question though: why is there a screen that comes up very regularly regarding purchases to be made (processor etc)? Is it possible not to have this screen anymore? Thanks in advance

Le galaxy book 2017 64 Go est arrivé rapidement et très bien emballé sans risque de chocs.J ai acheté une clé usb.c via usb. Le stylet était livré avec et fonctionne très bien.Il est facile de s en servir en tablette.mon seul bémol est que j attend toujours la facture.

Tout est top, conforme à la description ! Cependant ça fait 2 fois que ma carte réseau Qualcom se déconnecte. Je suis obligée d'aller dans les paramètres pour la désactiver puis l'activer si je veux du wi-fi. En soit rien de grave mais c'est un détail gênant. J'espère que ce souci ne sera pas permanent.. Mis à part ça, le service BackMarket est toujours aussi exceptionnel. Bravo.
