The quality of the phone was excellent, as described, very happy with that. The Samsung Galaxy A72 phone itself is great, which I was already aware of, as my son has the same phone. I am not 100% happy with the seller, Cell Crazy. The phone I received was of Mexican origin I assume, as it had the telcel network installed. Also there were a number of Spanish apps on the phone and the keyboard was set to Spanish language. As I was clearly a UK customer, I would have expected the fully refurbished phone to be set up as a UK phone. Fortunately my son was able to reset all of the Spanish items and delete unwanted Spanish apps. So very happy with Back Market, but wouldn’t buy a phone from this seller again.

phone arrived just before the time. pleased with the state of it. i like the colour as well. good website to search for a good phone.

Phone in really good condition. Everything works well. Battery life excellent. Delivery fast. Packaging was really clever.

I'm trying to return my a72as it keeps shuting down and won't re start but I can't find how to. I have followed the instructions but it says I haven't ordered anything yet. Very frustrating
