I had been having trouble with my phone A3 2016 as the battery was barely lasting a day. The idea was to get one of similar size but they all seem too large and cost too much. I came across back market which gave plenty of choice of refurbished phones and also differing conditions. I was able to buy a slightly better model (A3 2017) as a replacement in excellent condition for a very fair price. It came fairly swiftly in a plain package with wire and charger. There is a 12 month warranty and a 30 day return policy which gives me confidence in this company. I have been very happy with my purchase and know that there are experts on hand should I need help. A cover for the back and front of the phone is worth getting asap which I have done.

Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 as I really like this phone. The Samsung operating system is great and the phone fits in my pocket. (Everything newer is the size of a TV - annoying). The whole process was excellent. Easy to use website and the phone turned up in just a couple of days, well packaged and exactly as described - practically 'factory fresh'. Couldn't be more pleased. To be fair I can't comment on functionality as so far I've just checked the camera works properly (which is why I needed it) but the phone started up as if it were brand new out-of-the-box with all the inherent 'new user' set-up things to do so I really don't have any doubts about it. I'd not heard of BackMarket before but totally impressed with the whole buying process and product quality. Would definitely use again.

Even though the condition was stated as 'fair' I couldn't find a single indicator that it was a used phone. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be getting a refurbed phone in future when needed. Also the phone was delivered the next day.

Easy to find the phone i wanted. Delivery time was well above what was expected, but when delivery was left with neighbour(which was fine and appreciated) a card through my letter box letting me know which neighbour would have been excellent. (Instead of knocking on multiple neighbours doors). The phone looked a lot better than i expected, and was easy to set up, since then we've had no problems and the phone does exactly what it is supposedly to do.

The galaxy A3 from Back Market is amazing for the price and exactly what I hoped for after my old phone died and needed a replacement. I ordered it wednesday night, they tried to deliver friday morning(!!) I missed it, expecting a monday delivery but honestly that was on me. Amazing service, quality product exactly as I expected. I bought this to replace one which had developed a faulty charging socket, so I knew what to expect. It's difficult to tell if this is refurbished. The phone itself is A1 condition and it works exactly as expected. The service is superb. It's a bit of a worry wondering what you're going to see on a refurb phone but this came in mint condition, securely and discreetly packaged in super fast time. Well pleased!
