So far, I’m loving my Galaxy A20e. I was a little skeptical buying refurbished (after being sorely disappointed a couple of times) and……was pleasantly surprised!! I would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone and everyone. Thank you Back Market…….great job. Order was dispatched in good time and delivered in the promised time frame. I’m happy.

Ordered it for a family friend who didn’t wanna fork out for another phone from a different place - the phone arrived very quickly, we were able to set it up there and then and they’ve been over the moon with it

Backmarket were fantastic with the price and phone as I’ve now used them twice. However, I couldn’t get to grips with the Samsung as I was moving from IPhone to Android. Have since sold the phone on but it was a great experience with Backmarket

This was the first time we'd bought a refurbished phone; it was bought for child going into Y7 as their first phone. Was very pleasantly surprised, the phone was described as "good" condition, but I am not sure why it was not described as "excellent", as there were no flaws, no visible scratches on screen or case - battery excellent. Price was extremely reasonable. We have gone on to use this site to order a refurbished lap top (not yet delivered) and are hoping it will be as satisfactory! Item arrived promptly and was well packaged. Very happy customer

I bought this phone Galaxy A20e for my daughter, she is really happy with it. It look new and no traces of scratches, more especially it work very well.

The product I bought is fine as described and working fine. The delivery was the let down. OK ordered on a Saturday but paid £5 for speedy delivery. Tuesday I thought was achievable. But there was an attempt to deliver Wednesday but not it so taken away. Had to rearrange for Thursday and collect from post office. Maby more delivery information or a better tracking system may improve the situation
