Amazing the fan is excellent slight mark on casing but as expected being refurbished. Very quick delivery arrived within 24hrs of ordering. Will be ordering another shortly

I got my phone from back market and have never had any issues with it so I thought they could be trusted for quality. Decided to order the Duux "whisper" fan and the parts they've used to repair it are awful. They do not fit properly and all parts that were replaced rub constantly making for a really loud and annoying fan. Returned the fan for a refund but it's been over two weeks and no update or refund

Super fan, I thought some of the features would be a bit gimmicky but that's not the case! Very quiet and 100% adjustable. I think the condition was closer to almost new than very good.

Arrived in just 2 working days, just in time for the hot weather! Complete and in a condition that looks like new to me (despite being selected in Very Good condition). Glad I didn't buy a new product and give this fan a second chance 🍀

Absolutely fantastic. The anti-mosquito liquid option is what we like the most because it is very effective both indoors and outdoors. The features are excellent: height and tilt adjustment, speeds, noise level.... My dogs are delighted with this fan because it is helping them to cope with this unbearable heat.

We have 2 of them and are absolutely thrilled. Super quiet, perfect for the bedroom and of course brilliant with the battery. During the day we charge the battery with the photovoltaic system and at night the fan cools us with the battery using the timer. SPITZE keep it up.

The fan is excellent. The spray function is awesome. Even at over 35°C, it uses the function to cool the surroundings and people properly. The water is atomised very finely, so you hardly notice the spray mist. Of course, the spray function is only intended for outdoor use. And you can also run the fan on battery power only, with many setting options. The ordering and delivery process also worked perfectly. I would also give it ten stars.
