I was very pleased with my camera purchase through Back Market. The condition was exceptionally good, much better than I anticipated. Initially, I thought it a little over-priced, but I can see it will give me good service for time to come.

The camera only works when plugged in which tells me that either the camera or battery provided is faulty which is extremely disappointing because I payed for excellent condition. There is no orange light that indicates that the camera is charging which is very disappointing. I hope there is a way this can be resolved because I payed almost £300 for a camera that arrived faulty.

Camera is excellent, well packaged and with leads etc complete. I got over 20 emails from backmarket and the courier company which i could have done without, with updates on delivery, preparing for delivery etc etc, but then tracking stoped working when item was handed to a second delivery company mid way through delivery, and item arrived much later than expected, probly since we live in the highlands.

Camera looks really good.
