Bought this monitor recently and it's been great. Arrived promptly, well packaged and tbh would be hard pressed to distinguish it from a brand new one even if my life depended on it. Have bought quite a few things from Backmarket now and not had a single problem yet. I'm never buying new again!

The Computer arrived well-wrapped with a charging cable, HDMI cable and display port cable. I was expecting a type-C over the display port cable to be included, but maybe I read wrong. It is in really good condition aside from a dead pixel in the top right corner edge of the screen, but it does not affect my use of the monitor. Barely noticeable. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and their communication. Would recommend.

Found exactly what I wanted and ordering / delivery process was very quick and smooth. Only tricky part was figuring out how to link everything up with my other screens! Thank you and would highly recommend.

Really taken aback with how it's like a new monitor - so pleased with the quality and price of this product. I'm starting out in graphic design as a student and so this is such a good option for me for now until I can afford an Apple display - I'll definitely come back to Back Market when I look the next time round!

Great price, and very quick delivery. The item was very securely packed too. Everything is excellent and in great condition, however, the power cable supplied is far too short so I had to buy a longer one.

I have bought several items on Back Market and have been very satisfied in every case. Goods have arrived safely and quickly and exactly as described. They are almost 'as new' while being around 1/3 the new price. Pricing is a bit quirky though- the same model may be on sale at several very different prices for no very obvious reason. Would definitely recommend this .

Ordered a "Good" condition monitor as use as a 2nd screen. Screen is perfect, havn't noticed any issues with that. Some scuffs/scratches on the stand but can live with that. Well packaged and delivered within about 48 hours. Very happy.

What a great experience, despite an initial fault with a component. Received my order quickly and really well packaged and protected. The monitor was in perfect working order and was a real bargain. The stand was faulty and I had to contact the customer service team. That experience in itself is enough to make me want to use Back Market in the future. They were responsive, understanding and I received my replacement part within two days. Fantastic experience, fantastic company and great value on quality, pre-used tech.

Considering I got the monitor is "fair" condition, it looks excellent and it's performed well so far. Packaging was highly secure, shipping was fast.....Would definitely consider refurbished again!
