Wrong cable was sent with the product and support is not helpful

It looks really good in black and it works better than an old SoundTouch 10 I had before. This was a great purchase.

i love my speaker, awesome the sound, but only problem was the delivered, one day later.

Product not quite as beefy on the sound compared to my expectations ( which might have been too high). Nevertheless very good. Delivery fine.

The device works but it is very dirty, it has not been reconditioned hygienically. I received it with fingerprints from the previous owner. The device and charging unit were dusty and the power cable yellowish with grime. First time but big disappointment with a Back Market product.

The speaker is in very good working order but the sound quality is very average. Ideal for playing songs to children, not suitable for listening to great music, but very practical and seems solid.

The speaker is in very good condition, but it remains to be seen how well the battery will hold up in use. The firmware is up to date and the speaker works very well
