Hello, The player was in perfect condition. The only problem I had was finding the language settings because when I switched it on it was in Swedish... So you have to search a bit, but it's OK! I haven't yet used it to its full potential: so far I've only watched one blueray. To be continued

On the whole, I'm happy with this device. I was waiting to see how it behaved over time. There are recordings that have taken place but that cannot be played back in the end (partially or completely: the playback remains frozen and stops. This is the 3rd time this has happened since it was received and commissioned. Apart from that, it works pretty much normally...

Excellent player! I've been looking for an Oppo uhd 4k for ages! Dazzling picture, even on a 2013 LCD TV. The design and quality are spot on. Generic remote control, but that's to be expected given the fairly low price. So no dilemma. Thank you very much. Impeccable delivery time.

Being a reconditioned product, the truth is that it is impeccable and works perfectly.

The player is in perfect working order. However, the remote didn't work properly, basically only the OK button. It's common for these models to last much less than the device. I bought a universal remote control for Philips Blu Ray (9€, it's fine) and everything's fine. I really wanted this model of Blu Ray, which unfortunately is no longer made. All the same, I'm satisfied with my experience.

Despite the disappointment of my parcel being lost by the carrier, the Back market team was very serious and friendly in following up my order, and I was reimbursed for my entire order within a very reasonable time.
