I bought this one for an elderly friend who didn't want anything expensive, the phone we ordered was in exerlent condition, no marks or scratches, and it runs Exactly as it should. We bought an unlocked phone and I thought it might be difficult to set up, I was wrong, in was easy.

Fast shipping and good packaging which was good. Device had some screen burn in, despite being marked as "excellent", and it was not capable of updating or installing any apps. I also found that battery would jump from 30% to 50% randomly

I've been using my blackberry Q10 for more than a month now and so far it is flawless. Very impressed with condition, its as new, and the price was only a fifth what I paid for my original Q10 seven years ago.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled in this case as it's my 1st time purchasing experience with Back Market and it has been fantastic. First of all the delivery was super fast and the ongoing service exemplary, not forgetting the post-purchase support that is available if anyone should need it. The phone is absolutely on the button in terms of condition (excellent) it came with a charger & lead and a set of earphones and and was exactly what I was wanting and had hoped for. I tested everything and it's fully functional with a battery that, as with the phone itself, it appears to be as good as new (3 days without needing to charge it) and still plenty of battery remaining. I feel the price is very good value for money coupled with the great service that is difficult to find in these days of internet purchasing especially on the auction sites. So, well done Back Market and many thanks for providing a super buying experience. I fully recommend Back Market to anyone who wants a great phone but can't justify paying top prices for a new one and would give them 10 stars if I could.

sorry it works so can''t send it back, but the blackberry system blocks lots of apps & downloads could,nt download security it even said norton was unsafe??. can't download the NHS app needed when U dine out to register, sorry its Crap ive chucked it in a drawer waste of money.
