The battery don't last at all

Uncomplicated order, punctual delivery, perfectly functioning smartphone with minimal signs of use incl. charger (but plug and cable in different colours) without box. I am satisfied.

I just put it into operation 48 hours ago. So far so good. It's a bit too early to say more. But in the product description, you present it as a "dual SIM card", which is false! The device can hold ONE Sim card and one SD memory card. That's all it does. So I end up with a Key1 + Key2 = it's classy, but not practical.

Ultra dirty. It's not the first time I've received an ultra-dirty refurbished product: greasy, unwashed, with little skins or dust in the gaps when I buy here, in "good or average condition". I didn't think that average condition meant that the phone didn't need to be cleaned at all. It's so easy to wipe it with a cloth and a cleaner, isn't it?

I absolutely wanted a keypad for precision and a Blackberry for peace of mind. It's in perfect condition and performs very well.

As far as the delivery was concerned, the delivery man didn't even ring the doorbell when I was at home, so I had to go and collect my phone from a relay point! I'd never dared to try a refurbished phone and I'm really sorry! Even though the price is still attractive, my phone started to beug a week after I bought it! The touchscreen malfunctioned and suddenly I had no control over the phone (and windows appeared without my asking).
