The phone arrived as expected and is in near perfect condition. Everything works as intended and the battery life is way better than the iPhone 8+ I had previously. The screen protector is the usual Faff to get in place without bubbles and straight but works very well and seems to resist finger-prints really well. The case is adequate but is nothing special. It leaves the camera lenses exposed and since the lens opening is 34X36mm that's quite a large area not protected. The case does provide a lip around that area so it is OK on a flat surface, but I would prefer a clear covering on this are to stop any chance of scratches. Overall I accept that this relatively small deficit is to some extent a result of the phone design. I'd give Backmarket 9/10.

I really like the feel of the case, it has a nice and soft, velvety feel, much better than I expected. I’m very happy with it, but I’m not going to deliberately drop my phone to see how it performs as protection though 😉

Screen protector is very good and relatively easy to fit. They are all pretty fiddly. I managed to fit with a tiny corner area having a bubble but otherwise spot on. The case is quite basic and leaves the camera lenses exposed but will do as a temporary measure till I can get a good one. I like the fact it is recycled.

Very effective cover, delivered swiftly. Like the black and white design which is more interesting than a plain colour but not gaudy. Being made from recycled materials means you can feel more climate friendly

A good tough case if you can live with the prominent Back Market branding. Also comes with a good cleaning kit to fit the tempered glass screen. This proved its worth perhaps within a week when I noticed a crack across one corner. A small chip suggests it is in the protector screen rather than the phone screen. That’s good. It also suggests that the screen is not very tough as the phone has had no obvious accidents since it was fitted. I’ll leave it until it falls apart as it still works ok!

Quite a decent product with a good responsive screen protector. Delivery was prompt. I was hoping for something even better, as a relative bought a secondhand phone on Back Market which was already wearing a similar case. They love it - that one has extra protection on the corners, which most cases don't. But this one is perfectly adequate and meets my expectations.
