Hi there well firstly iam well pleased with the service from back market as for the watch really nice except for the strap not my bag so have changed it for a magnetic type really good features on the watch to be honest it's way to good for me only bug I have is the battery only lasts for a day if it's connected to my phone but that's all hope this helps regards Robert

Very pleased with the Apple Watch Ultra as a gift for my son. It was in excellent condition, price was good and service very speedy. The only slight negative was that the strap was not an original as I expected - the imitation Ocean band was ok but not as good as the original.

First time using Back Market - but definitely will not be the last! 👌🏼👍 Apple Watch Ultra 49mm purchased listed as ‘good’ but was as new! Absolutely thrilled with it and for a fraction of the cost of retail price. After market strap and charger - but for the price there are no complaints. Delivery was rapid and packaging solid. Arrived quickly and was in excellent condition as described. My only criticism was that the ocean band wasn’t a genuine Apple one but rather a much cheaper replica. That said, it performs perfectly well.

Never used before but did homework on this APP So took the plunge, came very next day wonderfully packaged It was immaculate as described Very happy and have the APP now to look to buy more products in the future. Even took out the extra warranty on the watch which is quite cheap too Defo recommend You won’t be disappointed

Loved it, ordered excellent condition and I must say it’s 10/10. No one can judge it’s used or new. Charges cable was making problem, slow charging Upon requesting, they credited my account so I can buy a new one. Loved it overall.
