Hi there well firstly iam well pleased with the service from back market as for the watch really nice except for the strap not my bag so have changed it for a magnetic type really good features on the watch to be honest it's way to good for me only bug I have is the battery only lasts for a day if it's connected to my phone but that's all hope this helps regards Robert

Very pleased with the Apple Watch Ultra as a gift for my son. It was in excellent condition, price was good and service very speedy. The only slight negative was that the strap was not an original as I expected - the imitation Ocean band was ok but not as good as the original.

Great price. Watch delivered within 24 hours of order by recorded delivery. I was slightly cautious having never previously ordered from online sellers of refurbished items, but really can’t fault this service. Very impressed!

Absolutely thrilled with it and for a fraction of the cost of retail price. After market strap and charger - but for the price there are no complaints. Delivery was rapid and packaging solid. The experience was fine. I've purchased through BackMarket quite a few times now and am usually quite happy. The watch itself is great and in great condition. In this case, the vendor sent the incorrect band (a less expensive one), and the band is not a genuine Apple product. I was informed afterwards by BackMarket that they do not need to be genuine Apple accessories, but in the case of the band I didn't feel like this was very clear at the time of ordering. I was offered a discount (to the price of the band that was actually sent), or a replacement. I went with the refund, but had to process this through a third party vendor which required my personal details including birthdate etc. All fine, but felt annoying to have to give these details across and accept random terms from a third party to get my money back.

The watch is amazing! In perfect condition and at an amazing price. Honestly couldn’t be happier. Cheers.

This is the third Apple product I’ve bought via Back Market and I have to say probably the best………The watch was classified as good but in all honesty I’d have said it was brand new….setting it up was incredibly easy and stressful free for a tech Luddite like myself………Definitely happy to recommend Back Market to friends and colleagues.

Never used before but did homework on this APP So took the plunge, came very next day wonderfully packaged It was immaculate as described Very happy and have the APP now to look to buy more products in the future. Even took out the extra warranty on the watch which is quite cheap too Defo recommend You won’t be disappointed
