Couldn't be happier with the laptop I recieved. In excellent condition, wouldn't have even know it was refurbished and i only got the 'good spec' which is middle range for wear and tear. Delivery was super quick, quicker than advised which is always a bonus! Second laptop i have brought from Back Market, the only place I buy tech from now.

I'm happy about the laptop and the price I payed. However for that price I would have expected it to be cleaned properly. The laptop absolutely stinks of cigarettes. When the fans turn on the smell is made even worse. Yes, I needed to get it cleaned in alcohol but I'd have expected it to not stink from the beginning.

It's only been two days but so far so good the delivery was super fast. I'm very pleased with the chrome book I picked fair quality and it looks brand new. I amazed does everything it should do great price aswell. Perfect for students. I'm very happy would definitely recommend.

Wow this chrome book is perfect..I had one of the originals and it broke down. This one is even better and it has a touch screen. Fast delivery and highly recommend shop. Quick service and brilliant website

I was looking for a good chromebox to transition away from Wimdows 10 as a basic domestic user,. It was seemless and now I have a really quick computer start up and two screen system compared to the old laptop.

Quick delivery, item was really well packaged and the chromebook is lovely, only issue is that its not the original charger so the fit is really poor and feels like it will either fall out or snap off.

Great service, could only get student discount via student beans that were really hard to get ahold of so due to some fumbling I didn’t actually end up getting my discount, but it was only for £20 off anyway. Laptop arrived before estimated delivery date and I love it!

I bought this chrome book for my daughter who is currently at uni. Delivery was next service. She’s had it for about 2 weeks or so now and her feedback so far is excellent. She tells me it’s just what she needed for her course work (and more) and does everything she wants it to do. It’s quiet to use and lightweight to carry-perfect! .ONE very happy daughter! ❤️☺️
