Eventually received item 10 days after order. I was informed it was despatched on 9th Apr, actually posted on 15th Apr and received on 17th! Then when received it was black instead of the blue ordered! Very disappointed. The good points are the phone was excellent condition and technically ok, same spec as advertised and good value for money.

Really nice phone, hubby very happy. Arrived pretty much next day. It's my 4th phone with Back Market. Always quick and professional. Will be back for more!

I'm so happy with my purchase. Easy and user friendly web. site. Great communication re. delivery. The phone was well wrapped and arrived within the given time. It was in perfect condition, just as describled. The color is beautiful and I love the quality of the camera and fingerprint authentication. It works fast, and battery lasts approx three days with my usage. I'm thrilled to bits with my new phone, and will definitely buy from Back Market again!

Went from 5/5 to 2/5. The delivery was super fast with the phone arriving the next day. The condition of the phone was massively better than I expected. I brought 'good' condition but I think the condition is excellent. Unfortunately things turned around when I loaded my sim card to find the phone sold as 'unlocked' actually locked and requiring a code and no way of knowing which network the phone was locked to and the prospect of having to return the phone. Very disappointing to be missold. After a day and half of thinking what to do I tried inputting the imei into various network unlocking pages and just by luck my 3rd try was the correct network and the code was emailed to me. I wouldn't call myself tech savvy just lucky.

I was initially a bit hesitant about buying a refurbished phone but the positive reviews on this site convinced me and I am so glad I took the plunge! I am so happy with my purchase! I bought a Huawei P30 and went for the good option and honestly, the phone is like brand new! Even the battery seems too perform like new. Will never go back to new phone again; this is such a great service and helps reduce the carbon footprint. Plus the Huawei P30 is an amazing phone with great camera!
