I ordered a blue Haweip30 p30 and was given a date for delivery. The next day I was rung by a man who said the blue phone wasn't as they thought but could offer a, white one with a revised delivery date, early than the original date. The phone took longer than the estimated delivery. The phone is in very good condition and I'm happy with it even though it seems slower than my old phone. I would recommend blackmarket for reconditioned mobile phones based on mine.

Seems fine, just what I wanted, something exactly like my old Huawei but a bit more memory. Only disappointment, I have a,ways managed to get Facebook and messenger onto my new devices without having to log in (lost all the details!) but they didn’t appear on this phone …. Thought phone clone would do it.

Except the battery, the phone is in a very good condition. My previous P30 had the same battery condition after almost 5 years use, i have to charhe it minimum 2 times a day with a normal use (no game, no video).

Everything went well and everything was okay. That’s what I expect and then I go more than that thank you so much.

Was sceptical about buying a phone from this site but can say I was pleasantly surprised. Received the phone the next day and it's in excellent condition and complete working order. Will definatley be using back market again.

The company haven't recorded that I've bought a phone from. Them so. No help is available for me.. I've told my bank who can prove on 17 Dec 2024 I made a large purchase from Back Market and unlike Back market llare helping me. The phone turns itself on and off very often despite a full bsttery. The screen freezes very often.. The connection to. Mobile data or WiFi is painfully slow none of my guests suffer in my home like I do on this phone. My old phone was great I just ruined it hense buying this appalling. Phone.. I'm. Hoping back market might respond to my reviews and help. There's no. Custimervservuce phoneline so blocked thst way.. You have to make a purchase to get help. I did but as they've not recorded it I simply can't get help. This phone is misery frustrating time wasting and maddening I don't recommend it.. I did think back market was good I used them. In the past but now I think their terrible and wouldn't recommend them

It was Marked as "fair" on the site but is in amazing condition with only a few minor scratches. This was my first experience buying a refurbished phone, I needed a new one after my previous phone suddenly died. The delivery time & cost of the phone were also amazing. Way cheaper option then buying a brand spanking new phone. Will certainly look at this site in future 👍😊
