Everything is fine. The iPad arrived packaged like a new product, and the condition also corresponds to a new product. I can really recommend backmarket.de and will also buy the next Apple devices there.

The device was very well packaged on delivery and the customer service was top notch. A small blue stain on the back of the iPad was quite difficult to remove but nothing too serious and the battery discharges quite quickly but to be honest it's excellent value for money and perfectly functional.

First time getting a refurbished one and I was a bit sceptical, but I changed my mind and will be happy to shop with you again... bravissimi👍🏻

I was not disappointed with this purchase. The phone was very good for the price. It worked very well for 1 year and then the battery deteriorated little by little until it had very little charge over the last few months. I kept it for less than two years. I bought another Xiaomi. We'll see over time.

I bought a Samsung A14 in perfect condition. Fast delivery, phone as described (like new). Transfer from old to new very easy. It works perfectly and quickly. I am very satisfied.
